RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LookPeer purchase. That is why we offer a simple 7-day return and exchange policy:

• Timeline: You can request a return or size/style exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Eligibility Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all product labels and price tags intact.
• Returns Process: Visit our Return Portal, input your Order ID and mobile number, and select the items you wish to return or exchange. A reverse courier pickup will be scheduled.
• Refund Timelines: Refund will be processed after the returned product passes quality evaluation at our warehouse. For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original source method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a bank transfer or UPI link will be provided. Refund credits usually take 5 - 7 business days.
